These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of BoostingSZN.com (“BoostingSZN”, “we”, “us”, “our”, “Website”) and any purchase of digital boosting services (“Services”). By using the Website or placing an order, you confirm you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

Current and desired rank (or any chosen service configuration)
Any required account access details or lobby/party access, depending on the Service type
Backup codes / 2FA info if required for login-based services (if you choose to provide them)
You are responsible for:
Providing correct information and responding promptly to requests.
Ensuring your account is in good standing and accessible.
Keeping your email/DMs open for completion updates.
If you do not provide required information or do not respond, your order may be delayed or paused. In some cases, refund eligibility may be reduced (see Refunds).
4) Platform Choice and Delivery Options

Express delivery is a priority option, not a guaranteed completion time. Completion time depends on availability, rank, server conditions, your responsiveness, and any in-game restrictions.
5) Pricing, Discounts, and Checkout
Prices shown on the Website may include promotional pricing and displayed discounts. The final amount you pay at checkout is the authoritative price for your order.
We may update prices, service options, or availability at any time.
6) Service Execution and Risks (Important)
You understand and accept that:
Some game publishers’ rules may restrict account sharing or boosting.
Using boosting services may carry risks, including warnings, suspensions, rank resets, or bans.
BoostingSZN will take reasonable precautions, but we do not guarantee that your account will never be penalized. By purchasing, you accept these risks.
7) Website Availability and Limitation of Website Liability
We try to keep the Website available and secure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that the Website will always be error-free or free of harmful components.
Use of the Website is at your own risk.
8) Intellectual Property
All Website content (text, design, logos, graphics, and layout) is owned by BoostingSZN or licensed to us, and may not be copied or reused without written permission.
9) Refund Policy
Because Services are digital and often scheduled immediately, refunds are limited.
9.1 Refund eligibility (summary)
Refunds are generally available only when work has not started or your order has not been assigned/queued.
9.2 If work has started / scheduling has begun
If a booster has started the Service, reserved time, or your order has entered active scheduling, a refund may be partial and may include a processing/admin fee. A common maximum refund in these cases is up to 75%, minus completed work and any payment processor fees.
9.3 Time limit for refunds
Refund requests must be submitted within 20 days of the order date. If an order is older than 20 days, compensation may be provided as store credit instead of a cash refund.
9.4 If you do not meet requirements / become unresponsive
If you refuse to comply with service requirements (e.g., needed access, required info, availability), you may be eligible for a reduced refund (often up to 50%) depending on the situation.
9.5 Non-refundable items
Completed Services and any digital items/services explicitly marked “final sale” are non-refundable.
9.6 Payment processor fees
If your payment has already been processed, payment processor fees may be deducted from your refund where applicable.

10) Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us first, we may suspend support and access to future purchases until the issue is resolved. We reserve the right to provide evidence of service delivery to payment processors.
11) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
BoostingSZN is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
Our total liability for any claim related to a Service is limited to the amount you paid for that Service.
This includes (without limitation) account penalties, rank resets, in-game losses, or missed expectations of outcomes.

13) Changes to These Terms
